The Ontario Catholic School Trustees’ Association is pleased to announce the ratification of central terms for a new three year collective agreement with the Ontario English Catholic Teachers’ Association. “The process of labour negotiations involves a commitment to understanding the perspectives, the interests and the experiences of all parties involved. The agreement reached by OCSTA with OECTA and the Crown is a reflection of the shared goals and the commitment of all parties to ensuring quality education and the well-being of students in Ontario’s Catholic schools,” said Kathy Burtnik, president of the Ontario Catholic School Trustees’ Association (OCSTA).
