Exit Strategy: The Exist Strategy Form is to be used if the Mentee/Mentor relationship needs to end prior the completion of the induction period.
Individual Strategy Form: The Individual NTIP Strategy form is intended to serve as a vehicle for discussion and learning, as well as a means of planning, tracking, and recording the NTIP induction elements in which each new teacher participates.

Needs Assessment - A Checklist: The Needs Assessment - A Checklist Form lists potential professional learning areas you would like to explore as a New Teacher. Discuss the results with your Mentor as you complete your Individual Strategy Form.
Needs Assessment - A Questionnaire: The Needs Assessment - A Questionnaire Form is to be used by the mentee and discussed with the mentor for purposes of identifying differentiated professional learning opportunities that would most benefit the mentee.
NTIP Form & Goal Setting: The NTIP Form & Goal Setting Form allows Mentees to effectively plan their goals by evaluating the required resources, timelines and action steps in order to successful achieve the established objective.
Process for Implementation of NTIP Mentoring Program: The Process for Implementation of NTIP Mentoring Program Guidelines have been created to guide Administrators, Mentors and Mentees in the NTIP program by including suggested timeframes, process requirements as well as the rationale for each.
